01

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Radio X, including the website at radiox.pro, its radio stations and direct stream links, the music library, the web app and every related feature (together, the “Service”). Radio X is run by the X Dev Team (“we”, “us”).

By listening, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02

Who can use Radio X

Anyone can listen to the radio without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for using online services without parental consent where you live, if that is higher. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

03

Your account

  • You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Discord. The information you give us must be accurate, and your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and sign out your other sessions from the account page.
  • One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
  • If you forget your password, an administrator can reset it after confirming that the account is yours.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deletion removes your profile, playlists, likes, settings and sessions.
04

The Service

Live radio and direct stream links are free and do not require an account. The music library requires an account and opens once you have listened to the radio for the number of hours shown on your account page. We may change that requirement, and staff or VIP members may be exempt from it.

To keep the Service fast for everyone, we set limits per account level, such as daily plays and downloads, the number and size of playlists and the number of streams at the same time. Limits are shown in the app and may change at any time. We may also pause the music library or put the site into maintenance when we need to.

Song requests are suggestions. We review them by hand and do not promise to add any particular song.

05

Stream links on your server or bot

You may play Radio X stations on your own website, game server (such as MTA:SA or FiveM), VMP service, TeamSpeak or Discord bot, free of charge, as long as:

  • you use the official stream links and play the audio unchanged, without inserting ads into it or presenting it as your own station;
  • you do not charge anyone specifically for access to Radio X audio;
  • you do not re-broadcast the streams through your own relay or service in a way that hides where they come from or puts unusual load on our servers.

We may block a link, server or address that breaks these rules or harms the Service.

06

Music and content

The songs, recordings and artwork on Radio X belong to their artists, labels and other rights holders. Playing and downloading songs through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not redistribute, sell, upload elsewhere or publicly perform music you get from Radio X.

The Radio X name, logo, design and software belong to us. Lyrics are provided by AzuraCast and LRCLIB and remain the property of their owners.

If you believe something on Radio X infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

07

What you add

You own what you create on Radio X, such as playlist names and descriptions, bug reports and song requests. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the Service, for example showing a public playlist on the Discover page. Do not add anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, misleading or that belongs to someone else.

08

Acceptable use

When using Radio X you agree not to:

  • get around listening requirements, limits, locks or any security measure, including by creating extra accounts or faking listening time;
  • scrape, mass-download or copy the music library, or access the Service with bots or scripts, except for playing stream links as described above;
  • interfere with, overload or attack the Service, or try to access accounts, data or areas that are not yours;
  • use the Service to break the law or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
09

Suspension and termination

We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account, and block access from a network address, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or the Service is at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can stop using Radio X and delete your account at any time.

10

No warranty

Radio X is a free service provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any station, song or feature will stay available.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. When a change is significant, we will announce it on the site. If you keep using Radio X after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
